So I will start with the seller was very responsive and the unit was located in the USA no over sea import issues ect ect mine came from the Ohio location very little issues with the unit definitely check bolts tighten change fluids asap mine did not come with hydraulic fluid did have engine oil as of 8-29-24 I have 50 working hours on this machine with nothing out the ordinary worst thing I had to do was change the engine mounting bolts cheap bolts put grade 8s in no issues after that tracks fall off once in a while due to rocks getting under them / I’m sure there breaking in so tighten as you go along no issues with that maybe 2 times in 50 working hours would I recommend buying from this seller yes shipping very fast decent people to work with shipping company was ok nothing great expect you might see some small dents scratches it’s a machine that will dig dirt no big deal to me engine runs great no issues at all I did install cooling fans engine does get warm but never so warm I can’t use it my buddy who runs a real construction company loves this little machine / it gets worked like a name brand it’s been keeping up fine definitely shipping comapny could been easier on shipping last photo is how it came off the truck how I received it
