Great quality thought they where metal at first glance cause the chrome is so nice the clip to hold ignition wire in place is to brittle and broke in my hand while placing my 10mm wire

The deflectors look great on my bike, it was a upgrade from the factory black ones.

Had to go to U Tube for installation instructions. Should have had instructions included.

The units themselves are actually pretty nice quality for the money. My 2016 Road Glide doesn't have any nuts welded to the frame so none of the bolts would work.Just go to any hardware store and get the proper expanding barrelnuts. It will save you the hours ofswearing as you try in vain to get any type of nut behind the bolts.

They work but installing them is a huge headache. You can get one point secured, but the second is basically impossible.

TO INSTALL . 2018 HD Road King . First Remove the Motorcycle's Side Covers (they pull off) . Check the deflector fit against the bike frame and you'll see there's a top threaded hole on the bike frame that aligns perfectly with the mounting hole near the top of the deflector. Now remove the black retaining clip used to secure the spark plug wire closest to you by pulling down on the clip. Now cut the plastic tie (take special care not to nick the spark plug wire) remove and discard. Next, push the spark plug cable into the clip located on the underside of the deflector and secure the top of the deflector with the supplied bolt with washer into the threaded hole. Rather than trying to find a matching nut, I used a plastic automotive push pin type rivet to secure the lower mounting hole in the deflector to the frame and presto! All done.
