I like that they work and don’t stick to the meat.

I wanted these as they were made for my hamburger press by Meykers.Like how they fit inside to cover both bottom and top. Much easier to freeze then the square ones.I much prefer to make my own burgers with lean beef and no additives. When ground beef goes on sale, I buy a large quantity and have lots on hand.We tend to BBQ all year round even though we live in the north.

They do what they're intended to do. I think they are a bit pricey and will just cut/make my own from here on. Got them to use in new hamburger patty press.

Hamburger press is so much easier than doing by hand. I recommend especially if you need to form many patties or even just a couple it works great.

Put one in the bottom of the Meykers patty press and the burger comes right out ready to stack without making an undue mess of the press.

We just got a new vacuum sealer machine and burger press that we used for the first time over the weekend. We didn't have any wax paper patty papers so we improvised and just cut a bunch of wax paper square little sheets. It only took about 15# of burger before we decided it would be much easier having the right equipment. Just a few days later we had these. The price was right and working smarter and not harder was definitely the way to go! Looking forward to summer barbecues.
