The Gladiator Rear Sway Bar Reinforcement Bracket provides a secure mounting point for the rear sway bar, is made of 1/4" hot rolled steel and is finished in MetalCloak's signature gold zinc to help protect it against the elements.

The installation instructions were really good. Only took about 30 minutes to install both sides. I was able to use the OEM bolts, unlike some other had said that these would not work. It's best to leave the brackets loose to get the OEM bolt put back.

The factory mount is poorly designed and weak. It's very prone to failure. This fixes it very effectively.

Bought lift from Metal Cloak directly on last Jeep but got these brackets from Amazon. Let me tell you these do the job and then some. Simple design that was/is over engineered for the better. No worries about breaking at factory weld anymore. Also, this is the first company that sent a hand written thank you card directly to me separately from my Amazon order. As with any Metal Cloak customer, I would 100% buy from them again and again.

I purchased the MetalCloak rear sway bar reinforcement bracket for my 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon as I upgraded to a heavier duty sway bar, and did not want the additional stress on my factory rear sway bar mounts as they are known to be a weak point on the truck. These things arrived and they are EXTREMELY heavy duty! They were very easy to install (took about 30 minutes in total), and will serve well to ensure that the factory rear sway bar mounts don't fail in any scenario. They also look cool under the truck.There are a few others on the market, but I picked MetalCloak due to the design being much larger and appeared to be more supportive than the other brands, plus MetalCloak has an amazing reputation for producing quality stuff. I am very happy I went with MetalCloak instead of the others I considered, and highly recommend these.As an added nice touch, I received a call from MetalCloak the day after I placed my order to thank me for the order, and to provide an update on shipping. I also received a postcard in the mail a couple weeks after my order with a handwritten "Thank you" and with product information. These are very nice touches and something that no other company seems to do these days.I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to strengthen the factory rear sway bar mount on your Jeep JT. If you've already damaged the factory mount, this also serves as a repair bracket; you would just need to add the nut and washer that comes with the kit on the back of the sway bar mount instead of threading the longer bolt that comes with the kit into the factory welded nut.Great product...highly recommend this product and MetalCloak overall! This is a great company who produces quality parts!

Easy to install, looks and feels solid. Can’t imagine the sway bar end link mount will bend again with this support on.
