These are great for making my Molten Lava Cakes! They are light weight but bake evenly and the cake releases from the baking cups easily! I’m happy how well they work. Also with little ones around I’ve had to switch a lot of items to shatterproof as much as possible. With these I do not worry about glass or ceramic accidentally breaking.
