This cute little flannel shirt seems to be well enough made. However, tag says dry cleaning recommended! When I was a kid and I told my mom that I liked a shit/skirt/dress, etc. my mother would immediately look at two things. The price, and laundering instructions. No busy mother of a toddler wants to deal with dry cleaning clothing for that child. Or even hand washing. For that reason, I chose to machine wash this shirt on gentle cycle and tumble dried on low. The printing on the back didn't peel. As expected for flannel the shirt did shrink, about 1 inch through the chest. I'm sure one could minimize the shrinkage with hanging to dry.

I got this for my little niece who will be two years old and October. This little lady already has an attitude. When I saw what this flannel shirt said, I knew I needed to get it for her. It’s adorable. The shirt is well-made, and I believe it will fit as expected. The words are on the back of the shirt and seem to be ironed on, so I’m a little concerned about the shirt holding up in the wash. She’s going to look so cute in this flannel shirt in the winter.
