These shoes fit as needed. They were true to my size. What I would recommend that the seller add to their description is what the intended distance is for this style as there are different track shoe styles. This shoe has more support and therefore is probably intended for middle or long distance runs. Short sprint shoes have almost no support (as I learned from prior purchases through a running shoe store discussion). These will work for me when running track on my team and the color choices allow one to purchase a shoe that fits into your team's colors (gold for me).

For the price, these track shoes are an excellent find. My daughter's a sprinter and track is coming up with these shoes coming early to get some early track time and time to break them in. The shoes are lightweight and comfortable. The cleats are easy to screw and adds the extra grip for my daugher to sprint through her races with noticeable changes.

These structures are decent quality. The bottom has good traction for the value. It is nice, but the shoe itself is transparent and very thin. That being said, it is super lightweight, but not very comfortable against your foot. Maybe a good practice shoe, but not a good racing shoe. It is a good size and fit. It is just really thin.

Shoe seem to run slightly smaller and narrow size-wise. They are lightweight. Biggest thing I did not care for (see comparison pic with another brand name spiked shoe) is that it's not very 'breathable'. Other spiked shoes are more of a mesh, which allows the shoe to breathe/air out. Trust me, you want your shoes to be able to breathe a bit...Knocking a star for being a bit smaller and not being breathable.

My teen daughter took up track for the first time this semester so this is our first pair of proper running shoes and I am unable to compare to others. However, I can say from our inexperienced point of view that they certainly look well-made and the breathable mesh-like fabric is surely an excellent choice for racing comfort.She was happy with the un-fussy, neutral look and the goes-with-any-team color. She says they fit well, and feel comfortable and light on, but she's still getting used to running in spikes.The spikes are removable and come with the necessary tool. Another plus is that the shoes come with their own sports bag, which is super convenient for her to tuck her shorts and top into as well for practice after school.

These are extremely lightweight, they look very nice and for most people they will be great. I myself, didn't understand the spike concept. I thought that I could just remove the entire spike "holders" and have lightweight track shoes. They are definitely lightweight, they look nice and the fact that I misunderstood is my fault. The reason that I took the star off is because I ordered the same size that I wear for all of my shoes and these are just too small. When you order, pay very close attention to the sizing. Just because they weren't right for me does not mean that they won't be right for you, just be sure to understand that these are not sneakers, but a specialized shoe for atheletic use.

Perhaps stupidly (I don't see any other reviews that mention this) I was very confused about the sizing when I ordered these. They're currently listed in the men's section of Amazon, but the title is...inclusive. I did not see a sizing guide, and the sizing goes very low, which is consistent with men's shoes that are also being sold as women's. The pictures, however, are of women's feet and legs, so I guessed. Wrongly, as it turns out.Upon receiving the shoes, I'm happy to report that 1. the sizes are for men, but 2. the size 8 fits me anyway. So long as I wear decently thick socks, that is (This isn't a problem; it's cold outside). I suspect that they're actually a bit small for men, since I wear a men's 5.5, normally. They do have a wide toebox as promised.I really like the spikes; they're letting me jog on snowy slick backroads without dying (my township doesn't believe in salt), and the shoes are very lightweight. I'm having trouble adjusting to the way the carbon soles position my feet, but some internet research tells me that this is normal, and I shouldn't overdo it.They seem hardy. I'm a little skeptical of the upper mesh, but at least it's wind-resistant.
