I was skeptical of getting this item because I’ve always just hand carried my skis around. Well, now that I have a daughter in tow that always needs assistance carrying her gear, this item has been phenomenal! It allows me to sling my larger gear over my shoulder and use my hands to help my daughter her much lighter and less ornery ski gear. Definitely a solid buy!

This ski carry strap is great! It is Easy to get on/off & so makes it so comfy to carry your skis & boots from the car to the lift. I got it for my daughter & hubby for this ski season as we are staying in a condo about 250yds from the lift and that is a bit of a ways to carry their skis in their hands. It is such a simple thing but really does make the whole day easier. The loops are velcro and easy to get on/off even with gloves on and hold the skis securely for transport and storage too. It then folds up compact and hubby stuffs his in a pocket and daughter puts it in her mini backpack. The shoulder pad has non-slip grip liner on the bottom side and really does stay in place - no slipping off their shoulders. It is also adjustable length so works great for my 4'6" daughter and my 6' hubby. I definitely suggest one for you little skier - will save you from having to carry your skis & theirs at the end of a long day on the slopes.

Carrying around your skis for any significant distance can be difficult and annoying. Ski straps such as these make it tremendously easier to do, and at this point I wouldn't want to be going skiing without them. These straps even have a little bit of extra padding for the shoulder, which is extra nice. This is well worth adding to your pack of ski gear. You won't regret it!

I do not go skiing often. When I went last year, one of the three times we had a long walk. I would have preferred and easier way to carry boots, poles, and skis. Decided to try this out.I have not yet had a change to ACTUALLY use them, but they easy of use, and benefit are quite evident.Pros:- Nice padded shoulder strap- two padded ski+pole straps. each with a buckle that attached to the shoulder strap- a boot strap, with clip to attach (somewhere) on a boot0- nice touch of added color on the gear- strong and wide nylon- adjustable length for ski and booth strapsCons:- a small carry/storage bag would be niceProduct Aesthetics and Features:There is a nice logo and color scheme going on. Something a bit more interesting than plan black. The padding on the straps is nice. Alot more intuitive to use than trying to "build a suitcase" from your skis and poles. I ended up parking fairly far from the slopes, and this strap made it easy to carry my skis and poles up and down hills/steps. Personally, I wore my boots because I felt that the boot strap was more trouble than it was worth, but I can see it being pretty useful since ski boots usually have terrible walking grip.

I bought a ski carrier strap a few years ago, which I now use for my string trimmer. But this one is of much higher quality. The shoulder pad is thicker, the strap that goes around the ski is firmer, and the material looks high quality. The orange color and print on the strap are pretty, too. Needless to say, the strap is functional as intended. There is an extra strap supposedly for carrying the boots, but I think the proper place for the boots is on the feet. You may want to buy a pair of boot sole protectors to walk comfortably.For walking over ten minutes, especially if it includes a bus ride, I highly recommend having one of these. It makes carrying the skis and poles so much easier.

This is an OK set of 2 straps for carrying and 2 ski straps. The straps themselves are all very sturdy and have plastic hooks on the end. Certainly enough to support the weight of 1 pair of boots and skis, but I would be cautious about putting more weight on them than that. The straps themselves will hold. I'm less sure about the plastic hooks.The ski straps have non slip cushioning inside and heavy velcro on the outside as well as a secondary light weight strap for the poles. All as expected here.What was not expected and why -1 star is that there's only 1 should pad: so either you're carrying the skis or the boots without a should pad. The nylon strap itself is quity slippery - akin to a car seat belt - so carrying it without a should cushion with a gripper is a recipe for skis/boots just sliding off your shoulder and crashing to the floor.
