Very simply, this skull cap fits and it wicks sweat fairly well. The big think for me is keeping sweat out of my eyes. This does the trick. You can wear with by itself or under a helmet or cap. It is thin and light weight. Yet, it still absorbs and moves sweat.

I got these to wear inside my helmet both to help keep the helmet from getting nasty and also to keep my ears from folding in half when I put the helmet on, and these fit the bill perfectly. I wear each 3-4 days and then swap out and wash (unless it is really hot out and then I change them every day!). Although I've seen people wearing these, I never thought to get one before. I am so glad that I did! My ears have never been happier!

Pros:- Have a big dome and it fits pretty comfortably- Very breathable and wicks sweat awayCons:- Doesn't cover ears, so those get frozen

As summer disappears and the temperatures swing into fall norms, I appreciate the additional layer offered by this skull cap. It keeps my head a bit warmer inside my bike helmet, even when sweaty. It's not super clear, but the package includes TWO caps, making it a pretty decent value in my opinion. My only complaint is that the sizing seems a bit on the large side. I have a noggin that's a bit on the larger end of things (7-5/8 to 7-3/4 hat size, typically) and these are just barely small enough to not feel loose. They work for me, but may not work for someone with a smaller head.

My noggin is about 24"/62cm in circumference, and the liners fit well on my head. The liners are comfortable under my full face helmet. The material feels similar to a good rash guard shirt swim shirt, and is a bit thicker than some other helmet liners I have tried. It does hold a bit of heat, and worked well in about 65F weather, but don't think I would use the liners if it got over 75F, but would switch to a balaclava if it got colder than 55F. The liners do hold in sweat, and so far have held up to the washing machine and dryer (probably better to air dry).

Offered by the MELASA Store... This review is for the Microfleece Skull Cap Helmet Liner, Breathable Cycling Cap, Sweat Motorcycle Helmet Hard Hat Liner for Men Women.- Very thin and lighweight.- Fit is good, holds in place well.- Material is comfortable, and breaths extremely well- Better for warmer weather, it will not keep your head warm in colder temps.- Price is fair, especially since you get 2 in the set.- I can recommend this one, they are what I was looking for.

Very comfortable fit under my helmet. It’s still very hot where I live (October in Arizona) but the weather will be changing soon and I’m interested to see how well these caps transition from hot to cold. I plan to update my review as I get to use them more.
