The Heavy Bag Rolling Beam Mount was designed to hang boxing heavy bags and other ceiling fixtures that need to be moved between uses.
With tool-free thumbscrew brakes, install the mount once on a structural beam to quickly and easily move the mount wherever it needs to be along the length of a beam. Store heavy bags at the edge of a space during cardio or sparring sessions, and quickly roll them into place when it’s time for bag work.
