The Meister Heavy Bag Hardware Saver Kit has everything you need to connect and protect your heavy bag to your mount. Specifically, this all-in-one kit solves many common problems:
- Reducing wear and tear on heavy bag straps, mounts and mounting surfaces
- Connecting closed-loop D-rings, springs and mounts together
- Allowing your bag to swivel and move for more natural and dynamic workouts
- Adjusting the hanging height of your bag by adding or removing components
- Enabling quickly mounting or unmounting your bag for storage

When you receive the Meister Heavy Bag Hardware Saver Kit you first response is going to be: "Wow, that is heavy." We don't believe in cutting corners and we don't think you should either.
The kit includes [4 x] M12 galvanized steel screwlock carabiners, [1 x] heavy duty swivel, [1 x] Meister Heavy Bag Spring, and instructions on how to assemble your ideal rig. Unlike cheaper and thinner components sold by knock-off brands, Meister components are designed specifically for hanging heavy bags up to 250lb.

Look at the photo attached - the spring is clearly not as shown in the selling post, nor on the Meister website. Due to the one I received, my bad is lobsided - there is nothing I can do as the spring itself is lobsided in its construction.

Just installed it, ceiling mount to a 2*6 board for a 70lbs bag. Definitely feels it can handle more weight. Dampens sound and lowers the bag too.

It simply adds too much length and if you're hanging from a regular home ceiling the top of the bag is at nipple height.Would hope Meister makes/designs a much shorter version of this at some point in time.

Got this for my new heavy bag (attached to an I-beam). It works great; exactly as pictured. The total length is listed as 19” - which seems right, just bringing to ppl’s attention b/c it did make my bag a bit lower than I had planned - BUT still works great!

I was hesitant getting this bag given it costs a good amount more than most bags. I'm glad I went for it. First thing you'll notice is it's well made. Its cover is some type of vinyl that just feels right when you're hitting it. I got the 100lb bag and at first I thought I'd gotten too heavy of a bag. Once I started hitting it though I knew it was the right one. It has just the right amount of movement and takes a solid shot before it starts to swing back and forth. For reference I'm 40 years old, 215 lbs, and I'd say of average strength. Somehow the bag fields solid and yet you can wail away mostly without hurting your hands. I'm using Title Soft Strike Gel gloves. One negative though is the bag arrives in a canvas casing and my had a small slit in it. I was about to be super bummed there was also going to be slit in the actual bag but fortunately there was just a minor scuff mark. So yeah no doubt it's a bit pricey but I recommend it if you'll be boxing for a few years and your hands will thank you when you get older.

This is a fabulous product. It's extremely well made, heavy duty, and does the job fantastically well. I find the spring works wonders in reducing noise. I also appreciated that there are several carabiners you can add or remove to adjust the height of the bag. Money well spent.

Purchased a fairtex hybrid bag and needed some chains to hang it up. I’ve used some Meister products in the past w/ positive experiences so why not.These chains are substantial and I feel confident that they will not fail. Perhaps overkill for an 80lb bag but it works.This hardware set is quality and really instills confidence in my purchase decision and when in use.

Love the bag! Paid a littler more than I wanted but the quality of bag is well worth the investment. Color was not a factor but it was certainly fun to customize. Bag arrived earlier than estimated.

Solid materials used. Very strong, spring is good. There is a decent amount of spring with a 100lbs bag. It does the job and was easy to work with. Much higher quality and thickness in the carabiners than what comes with a normal 100lbs bag.
