Great looking, great price. Sword and sheath has withstood 4 weekends of Renaissance abuse without a whimper. Blade is stainless, arrow straight and smooth. It has some lower quality seams on the grip and the blade is ornamental, sheath takes abuse and survives.

Okay as an actual swordsman I was hoping for something a bit more usable but this is 100% a decoration piece and not for real use in any way ,Also I must say I am very very disappointed in the flimsy blade, a long sword blade should not flex 18 inches

It’s a really great decoration. I got this for my step dad for Father’s Day to hang on his wall, and I think that it will suffice its purpose for sure. It definitely wouldn’t have any functionality though. It doesn’t come out of the scabbard easily, and it’s not sharpened at all. It’s still a good decoration.

I purchased this sword because it seemed like the best for the 💵. When it came i was expecting it to be a bit wobbly but it wasn't. It is a great sword overall, the only problem is that the blade kind of bends to each side as if it were not full tang. It isn't. However you can remove the bottom half of the handle via screw and inside the upper half i can see the blade screwed in. I haven't done it yet (lack of a good socket), but i think i can tighten the blade in there.

I originally got this sword to carry alongside my Renn Faire costume, and I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much in terms of quality, but I'm pretty wrong. The blade is not sharp and is suuuuuper blunt, but that's fine, I was hoping for that anyway due to fair rules. The grip is amazing, it fits wonderfully in the hand and feels oddly comfortable. The only downside I have found is that it sticks sometimes when you try to draw it from the scabbard, but that might be more user error and less of the product itself. It ALSO came with a cute little belt! I'm stoked I don't have to buy one.

The sword for its value is fairly good, the sheath holder fell apart upon first use however. The description of the sword is incorrect, i does not have any engravings. The sword does not come sharpened, but there are a few cheap sharpeners on Amazon that can shred away metal, btw do not sharpen this or any other blade without some type of mask, I got steel dust in my lungs and it made breathing hard for about a week. The main issue with this sword however is the lack of support for the sword while sheathed, the only thing that keeps the sword in place is gravity, if it were to tip at all it would easily fall out, and the looseness of the blade, it almost freely moves around. All in all however, this sword is amazing for the price and I would receive it to people who like collecting blades, it has a fairly nice balance and is very nice, I would like a heavier blade that doesn’t move when jostled around, but it is ok.

For the price this sword is great. It will work perfectly for my upcoming ranger cosplay! It’s very sturdy and way better quality then I expected! It has some weight to it. Not to light that it feels cheap but still heavy enough that it feels real and comfortable to carry around. It may not help you defend Helms Deep but it will definitely looks real cool! 8/10

It's for my sister's birthday. She's a Last Kingdom fan. She loves it. Perfect for putting on a mantle.

To be perfectly honest, I bought this as a part of my Renaissance Festival costume (and I did not want to spend a lot of money). I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, so with this sword being soooo cost effective I was expecting utter cheesiness and crappy quality (essentially I would have it on my belt at my side and never take it out of the sheet because I was going for the look and I liked the hilt). As soon as I took this out of the box I was blown away! I must say this is the best bang for my buck out of all my costume elements so far. It is still a "made in china" kind of sword. But! it was muuuch, muuuuuch nicer than I thought it would be. The sword did not giggle in the hilt as I waved it around. The metal seems sturdy and gives a very satisfying weight, and the scabbard is actually pretty nice. The leather strap was cheap, but I took it off and put it on my leather belt (using a leather "frog" sword holder) and it looks great. I highly recommend this sword for anyone trying to make a Renaissance costume and can't spend a load of cash on a real sword. Edge was not sharp, but point can do some damage (so be careful kids).
