Had to watch the video to assemble, and even then missed a couple of step. Once installed, it works great.

After installing it has a leak it has been take. Apart and washers changed and pipe tape put in it an fit still leaks.

The faucet arrived in two days. Amazing quality and an amazing price. The knobs turn so solidly and precisely. Also the sprayer is strong and forceful. Everything I wanted. The company was great to deal with and answered every question I had via email very promptly. We used this in an outdoor kitchen at our camp site and it is perfect. I would definitely buy this again if I had to.
