I’ve had this chair for almost two years now, and overall, it’s held up really well. The seat is a bit firm, but it’s still comfortable enough for long gaming sessions. The footrest has started to sag over time, but it’s an easy fix.The only real issue I’ve had is that one of the wheels broke off recently. Surprisingly, it still rolls just fine without it, so it hasn’t been a huge problem.For the price, it’s a solid choice. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly gaming chair that lasts, I’d recommend it!

6 months into owning it and I just went to sit down in it and one leg snapped off and I went crashing to the ground. But the company has quick responses and is working with me for a resolution.I wanted a chair with a foot rest. This one is alright, the footrest like other reviewers have said can be a little wimpy but I haven't had any issues yet. It does like to lean forward if you have the chair all the way up and sit on the edge of the seat, but if you drop it down it stops. The main issue I had was the hardware for the arms. The lower bolts were just a tad bit too short, they wouldn't hold. Twice I either pressed or just lightly touched my left arm of the chair and it swung loose. I got a M8-1.25x40 bolt, 2 of them actually, and replaced the lower bolts and it is snug and secure now. For the top I had to get a replacement M8-1.25x20 because I thought to change it out and the threads got so messed up just by unscrewing the one and trying to thread in the new one that I had to shorten up from the original bolt. But now the arm rests are sturdy. But I feel like for the extra money and time spent I probably could have gotten myself a nicer chair. The arms were my biggest complaint though. So with those resolved it's pretty alright so far.

First of all all the bolts that screw in are too short, and will not stay secure so the arms are constantly falling off on one side, the metal sticks out for the screw to go into the other side nothing. It leans so far forward your sliding out of the chair the whole time, the only good thing to say about it is it’s pretty

Don't know much about gaming chairs but I ordered this as a gift and they were not disappointed. The box is huge but not insanely heavy. I was honestly super impressed with the look and feel of the chair. It doesn't feel cheap at all and was comfortable and sturdy. Instructions were easy to follow and all the little screws were nicely organized which I appreciated. It took about 45 minutes to assemble. There was one part where you have to put the back onto the seat that took two of us to squeeze the big pieces together and one to get the screws in. We had a little bit of trouble with one of the arms at the end, the holes didn't seem to line up but we got it eventually.

Chair was received but the jack to make chair go up and down did not work. Contact seller for the jack only to be replaced and was sent a whole new chair. Works great now. Will deal with this seller again.
