What you see is what you get--a sporty hiking shirt in lightweight sun blocking fabric. The cut is not too slim and not too wide and fairly straight around the waist (versus fitted). The pockets are a tad small but could fit a tissue I guess. This shirt is very similar to a Columbia sun shirt I bought probably fifteen years ago and still wear--nothing fancy but light and soft which is really nice for humidity. Very little stretch so if you're using for fly-fishing or something with a lot of arm movements, order one size up for more room. It's not stretchy enough for kayaking in my opinion. I love the button-down design so I can wear over a tank top open if it's really hot and still protect my neck, shoulders and arms. I wear a sun shirt of some sort (plus hat) nearly every day of the year (history of skin cancer) and am quite picky about comfort and the fabric not being too stiff. This is a good travel shirt for casual outdoorsy days mostly walking or wading. I have more elegant sun shirts that would not look out of place even in Paris--this is not that. This is for roadtrips, deserts, mountains or beaches or running errands in a very sunny town. Very pretty light blue color--quite flattering!

I like to wear long sleeve shirts in the summer for sun protection and to avoid mosquitoes. So, I am always looking for lightweight sun shirts. This shirt looks great! I love the color. I got the light pink which is actually more of a cotton candy, pastel pink instead of the cherry blossom pink as shown in the listing. With the mesh-design fabric, it is very breathable and lightweight, so know that when mosquitoes are particularly active, they can still bite through the fabric, but this is not a problem when I am biking and moving around a bit. There’s a Velcro strap on top of the right pocket for fishing rods and a slit opening on top of each of the pockets to hold sunglass or pen. The option to wear as long or short sleeve is a great feature. I can’t wait to wear this shirt on my next hiking trip!

This is the best quick dry shirt that I have ever had - I wear a lot of quick dry in my humid climate during the summer so I have a lot to compare this to. This shirt is so well made, and the sizing is the best of all my others. I have exactly the same style of this shirt in 3 other brands.The color of this shirt is so nice - graygreen is one of my favorite colors but you don't see it much. It's not sage and it's not army green, it is a soft blended version of both, not pastel and not dull or dingy looking.The shirt itself has all the right features; well sewn button holes, velcro chest pockets, roll up stays for the sleeves and the fabric is not clingy, but actually flattering. It is true quick-dry, and washes up very nicely. I never dry my quick dry shirts (obvious reason) and it does not hold a lot of wrinkles, I just use a hanger and pull the shirt straight and it was dry in about 30 minutes. Great length too, not too short or too long, it's just the best shirt. I am definitely going to order more of this one, superb in every way.

This shirt is so lightweight it’s like you don’t have anything on. Like the sage color. Nice pockets and buttons so you can roll up sleeves and button in place to make a short sleeve. Feels cool against the skin and the UV and moisture protection between skin and shirt is nice. Shirt has a rounded bottom. Would be a nice plus if it had slots at the side at the bottom for extra comfort when sitting if don’t want to wear it tucked in. Very nicely made. Fit could be a bit roomier around the middle for women with a belly looser the better for comfort. Took 6 weeks to receive the order so plan ahead.
