I was never much of a fan of thumbs up grips on the Q series cameras, but the heavier body/lens combinations on M bodies calls for it — The style, fit and finish on this grip is excellent! It's a bit more expensive than other offerings on Amazon (but still much less than similar products costing hundreds)I feel like it's worth the extra cost, and even ended up getting the same grip in black for the Monochrom.Color is a bit off, but that's of no real consequence, and is only noticeable under good light.

This thumb grip is indistinguishable from the Leica version and fits my M10-r perfectly and snugly. Highly recommended!
