I bought this for a reborn baby doll that came to me completely naked and needed something to wear. I found this and thought the fabric pattern was so pretty and it is. The fabric is soft. The sleeper has snaps down the front and it comes with a cute hat. The footie fit the doll, but the hat is pretty snug on her, but it works.This is a pretty little footie for a great price.

I bought these for my preemie twins and the onesie fits perfect while the hat is super small and doesn't fit at all. They are now 6lbs and still can't fit 0-3 they wear newborn.. I need this onesie in bigger sizes. I would keep buying it

This is just what I was looking for my grand daughters 13 1/2" doll after washing and drying measuring about 14" before and just about 12" after. UPDATE: It does fit the doll we have which is closer to 14" but it is a loose fit and the sleeves have to be rolled up about 3 times and the pant legs fit quite loose. I think if you added some elastic thread it would better secure the arms and legs to the doll's wrists and ankles although I have not tried this yet myself.
