I have an 3 electric guitars and this is the perfect size for my small music Room. The stand is super sturdy and holds all 3 guitars securely. The hanging mechanism makes it simple to grab a guitar off the stand. The guitars have very different machine heads, 2 Gibson ES style and 1 Les Paul style. Both work great with this stand. They provide little plastic expansion pieces for smaller heads. I use them for one of the guitars and it works perfectly.

VERY MIXED FEELINGS. Incredible product except for one major thing for me. The “neck reducer” DOES NOT NOT REDUCE TO SPECS and will not hold my Banjo which is the main reason I bought this stand. The included pads to reduce the opening only go t 113/16th inches. My expensive banjo rests on its tuning pegs. Not good. Have followed up with the company. Will update if any change.

I was looking for a multiple guitar stand that collapses for travel and is at least somewhat nitro finish friendly. This stand definitely checked the boxes and then some. It is a bit of a heavy stand however it is quite sturdy and folds up nicely for travel. You can put just one or two guitars on it and it is still very stable. Since it is a hanging stand with auto locking yokes it reduces the chance of someone or something bumping it and knocking a guitar out of the stand. From what I read online Hercules their stands are "mostly" nitro finish friendly. I think the guitars you need to be most concerned about are brand new ones where you can still smell the finish. Hercules also states to not use the stand for storage and to use a case instead (100% agree).I feel better about using this stand for my Gibson although I still may throw a cleaning towel over the yoke cushion anyway as old habits die hard :) Otherwise this has been an excellent stand so far.
