Used these to replace a bad wheel on my wife's TravelSmith suitcase. It's easy to find a Youtube video that shows how to remove the old one from inside the suitcase and replace it.. The tubes that stick out from the outside piece to reach the plate that goes inside were shorter than they need to be for this suitcase model. However, I found four slightly longer screws of the same diameter and they worked well to reach through to catch the screw holes. A little tricky to "feel" that each screw has found the entrance hole, but it can be done. It seems like I have a nice tight fit and the new wheel feels well attached.

I have suitcases that are probably 4 years old. All the rubber was going off the metal wheel rims, I reached out to manufacturer, they states that they no longer sell the replacement wheels but they would give me 10% off to buy new luggage. The luggage was in perfect condition, but wheels were poorly made. Hmmm, wonder if they do this purposely. So, I bought these replacement wheels after researching on line to see if they would fit. Took some time and practice to replace the wheels but after the 1st wheel replacement, I actually bought more wheels and replaced all of the wheels on my 3 piece luggage set. Save me a lot of money and this luggage will last another 5 years! You do have to follow directions and take your time to replace wheel. It wasn't super easy but once we figured out the trick to one wheel, other wheel replacements went smoothly. Also, cheaper to do yourself than to bring to luggage repair.

There are no instructions with this.It’s difficult to figure out how to put them together without instructions.Very unsatisfied!!!After much trial and error, we were finally able to replace the wheels, however the inside piece did not fit with the wheel piece, so ended up reusing the original back/inside piece and seems to be working. The real test will be on our next trip. Hopefully all will be fine and then maybe I can five it a few more stars ⭐️

One Wheel on my original samsonite carryon wore out and actually came off.After a lot of careful measurement following the excellent video that was on the Amazon sales page i was able to confirm these were the right wheels.After I got the two new wheels I noticed these replacement wheels do not have a soft rubber coating on the outer part of the wheels (this will make them less quiet - not a big deal).It took over 30 minutes to install the two sets of wheels because lining up the holes in plate to the wheel segment is not easy or straightforward - more of an art - very poor design by Samsonite - I do not fault Zoofen for this.I hope someone from the vendor can confirm the wheels are not hollow since that would make them wear out too soon.

I have a Samsonite 21” carry on and wanted to replace the wheels for a smoother ride. After much frustration and NO INSTRUCTIONS included with these wheels; I figured out the 1/2” screws, they included, were too short. I purchased 3/4” and 1” screws, which ended up working great! It’s a smooth ride now. I would suggest you (the vendor) include longer screws, if you want better reviews. Also, it would be nice to have instructions on how they go together and which sides are C and D. For those reasons, I gave it a 3 star rating.

I got these to replace the worn out wheels on a Kenneth Cole carry-on suitcase with a lot of mileage on it. They fit the original holes in the suitcase perfectly (I measured before ordering). The wheels seem pretty solid and roll very well (they have actual bearings; the original wheels just had crappy plastic bushings which are what wore out). The only challenge was the actual installation - it was a bit tricky to line up the screw holes, and the included screws were pretty short so I ended up using some of my own. Aside from that I'm pretty happy with these. Hopefully they last a while but for the price you can easily replace them a few times before justifying the cost of a new suitcase.
