this unit is a piece of trash....i have issues from day one, purchased the unit the begining December 2024on playbacks when you zoom in and take a snap shop the unit freezes, you have to manual shut down to restarttech support is taking theiR time to correct firmware to fix the issue.Do not buy this unit lorex N884A64BCan not post video due to the length of video and size of fileFeel free to contact me if you are having the same issues.......thanks for listening

None of their customer service numbers work. They will not respond to you. I wouldn’t trust their product, did not have a good experience.
