Very sold V band clamps. I used them for my exhaust that uses a 2 bolt mounting which was very finicky and let alot of exhaust escape. This makes it real easy to remove and reinstall the exhaust whenever I need to remove the turbo. Overall good quality and good price. Requires some professional welding to get installed right. 10/10 product

I picked up the 2.5" (two and a half inches) diameter flange and clamp. This is a great solution to leaky old 3-bolt header flange joints. These seem to be of very good quality; I don't know how good the metallurgy is but it looks pretty and welds nice... I'd say it's proper though generic stainless. For less than forty bucks for two, honestly this is a great deal, imo.Highly recommended

I used these to connect my headers to my exhaust pipe and I am very happy with it. It's easy to weld, when tightened up it seals properly, I have no complaints.

Rebuilding some of my exhaust on my racecar and boy are these handy. Welded good, no warping of the flanges (always weld with the opposite v-band flange seated and clamped tight) and clamps seem pretty durrable. Install was pretty strait forward, clamp well, weld well and over all a win

These have thicker flanges than other similar types of exhaust clamps that I have used. This made welding simpler and strength of finished connection better.

The Angry Mechanic sez,This 2.5 inch V band has a step machined into it that will slip over 2.5inch OD tube. The Ad states, " Joins male or female flange 2.5" ID to 2.5" OD tube." which would lead someone to believe that it would also slip over 2.5 inch ID (which about 2-5/8 OD) and that is not the case. You could only Butt Weld the rings to 2.5 ID pipe, they will not slip over anything LARGER than 2.5 inches. BOTH rings are the same size. To slip a pipe OVER the lip on the ring would take a 2-3/4 ID.I just wanted to clarify that.....or make you more confused. These really are nice V band joints.

I was able to get a good seal eventually after some trial and error, mostly my own error, but it does need to be told. The pieces of metal that go under the screw and the pieces that attach the screw to the band itself are super thin and will bend if you over torque it. They will also bend in the wrong angle if you do not tighten it with your wrench perfectly aligned.Other than that small annoyance I had no problems with the product and it has been installed and working wonderfully for 2 months now.
