I don’t like cheesecake but became obsessed with making a tall NY style cheesecake. Everyone raves about how good they are. This pan is so nice, no sticking. Definitely worth the money.

The pan I received was in an unacceptable condition. It had scratches and was missing the bottom part, even though it was supposed to be new!! This was particularly disappointing given the cost of the pan. I wouldn't risk buying this thing if you're in a hurry, 'cause there's no way of knowing if you'll actually get what you paid for.

THOR VOID WARRANTY BY PUTTING IN DISHWASHER, BUT IN DISHWASHER ON DELICATE (104°F with mild detergent, (✋🧼 handwash only recommended by manufacturer, your mileage may vary per dishwasher technical specs, local water quality and detergent)). NO MATTER, NONSTICK TOLERATED DISHWASHER ON THIS SETTING. THOR PLEASED.

Title says it all. This pan is absolutely essential for making a tall NY style cheesecake. Love it so much I buy them as presents for my other friends who bake. Highly recommended.

I had never made a cheesecake before but I have heard great things about the Bravetart recipe so I wanted to purchase the recommended pan. It was expensive, but I am so glad I did. It worked perfectly. The cheesecake came right out with no problems. It is a very sturdy pan, easy to clean if you take the time to line it with parchment. I never put my baking pans (or any pans) in the dishwasher so that was not an issue for me. I am so glad I made this purchase!

Springform pans are unnecessarily complicated. The Lloydpans cheesecake pan is simplicity itself; put the bottom in place, use a light coating of unsalted butter inside, and fill. Once the cheesecake has baked and cooled, use a thin knife to loosen the cake and use a small pan to push up from the bottom.
