Great wrap and great brand. The thickness is perfect for wood bats such that it allows for slight padding and grip while maintaining "feel" of the bat through the swing.

I put the .5mm grip on all my softball bats. Why you'd ever want all that extra padding on the stock bat grips is beyond me. Grippy and lasts for years. Always go Lizard Skin; it's worth it.

I used this on my Tesla and 4runner. The steering wheel is hot to the touch when parked in the summer sun. It works great and looks like it belongs there. I did not use the 'Peel-n-stick' so there's no residue left on the original material making it a temporary, summer solution. I've also used tennis racket material but this was thinner (.05mm thickness). Glossy finishes may still heat up, so will darker colors.

I use 0.8 mm Lizard Skin grips on my softball bats, but I wanted this thinner on to put on a pickleball paddle. With a little trimming and creative wrapping it works as well as I had hoped it would. I have used the Lizard Skin pickleball paddle grip before and I would use it again, but for the last it just s=wasn't a good fit so I use the Baseball grip. the end result was great in both.
