I’ve officially been using this tank for about 3 months, and it’s perfect. I absolutely love it. It’s so beautiful and a great size - fits well on top of my slim dresser. There have been no leaks of any kind and it came through the mail in perfect condition, despite witnessing my mailman non-gracefully set it on my porch. 😭 It was packaged very well and there’s been 0 issues. It’s a gorgeous tank for the price.

I’ve been eyeballing this tank for a while and finally had the extra funds to purchase it. I have guppies and shrimp. Perfect size. It’s light but the glass is thick. Very clear and it’s beautifully with plants.

Seal popped the day I finished cycling and bought fish!!! It was over the return, but I called support and they are letting me return for refund. Pain in the ass though, as now I have to wait for a new one (not this exact tank again), and transfer everything. I think the strap and silicone should do the trick while I wait 🤞

I got the 20 gallon aquarium. I was nervous that it would arrive damaged or broken, but the packaging was above and beyond. It was a large box with a smaller box inside, surrounded by packing peanuts. The inner box had the aquarium and even more packing peanuts! They actually made a huge disaster, if you have kids or dogs that might mistakenly put these in their mouth beware. However, the tank was in absolutely pristine condition, so it was worth the trouble. The tank itself has nice thick glass that seems high quality. It looks perfectly clear. I added a black vinyl background on mine and heavily planted it. It's gorgeous. This was the best price I found anywhere for a rimless larger aquarium!

No visible cracks found when we received the product. However, the item leaked from the bottom. It was over the weekend when this happened so no one was at the office where it was located. It was completely empty by Monday. Sad to say, it was no longer returnable.

I’ve had this tank since October 2022. It hasn’t leaked and is still looking good. I’m building my own 6ft aquarium stand with the goal of putting two of these 11g tanks side by side under a TV. I’ll be buying a 2nd in the coming weeks, so that’s the highest praise from me.Note: it did take 3 deliveries to receive one of these tanks that didn’t come shattered. Amazon sent replacements and was OK with me not sending back a box full of broken glass. So if you need this with a time constraint, you might want to shop locally or allow an extended period to receive an intact product.Update: I ordered a new supplemental aquarium from Lifeguard and it seems they’ve improved their packaging. It’s now double boxed with packing peanuts in between. See photo. Probably not bulletproof but better than shipments from a year ago.
