So far I have only used this rangefinder out to 1000yds, but It’s been flawless. The pin dropping function to OnX works as advertised. It’s a game changer to be able to mark the location of a game animal that has been shot before you change locations. It also helps with marking points and navigating off trail in the mountains. The range finding accuracy is spot on and I have been able to easily get yardages on game animals and my cattle in less than ideal weather conditions. I also used it bow hunting whitetails and was able to range my buck at 31yds from a stand with ease. I am more than happy with this purchase
