This is the same as my mother used so many years ago. Brings back a lot of memories and works just as good

I saw it used in a video n it looks easy. I like the way it’s made and can’t wait to use it during holidays. It looks easier than anything I have used so far. Process great

I LOVE creamed corn and I just made the best creamed corn using this gadget! It made the corn quick and easy to cream and did exactly what it was supposed to do. Now my creamed corn is BETTER than my favorite one sold at my local steakhouse that I was trying to copy.To the corn I added just a little Half & Half (about 1/3 c for 12 ears) 2T butter, 2 chopped roasted poblano peppers, salt & pepper. For 12 ears I would recommend creaming 9 and using whole kernels of 3. Cooked 30 min on stovetop, low heat, stirring often. I made a Parmesan cheese/Panko crumble for the topping and it was amazing; I even had enough to freeze another serving. This corn creamer is wonderful and makes making creamed corn so easy, I’m beyond thrilled with it!

Once we got the blades adjusted to proper level, it worked great. It helped to watch a video of someone using it - learned to butt end against wall. Whether putting up lots of corn or just making creamed corn for dinner, this will make the task go quickly. Easy to clean. Definitely worth the price. I also bought a small handheld cutter. It works great too but this one is best for creamed.

Works good for cream corn. Not as well for whole kernel. I may try sharpening blade, might help.

this little gizmo is one of those things that can make one's life a bit easier - it will help you safely and easily removed corn from the cob. You can take off the full kernel or the tips and milk for creamed corn, all with a simple adjustment of the device. It will work for any size ear, too. it may look a bit "old-fashioned" and cumbersome, but sometimes a tried and true tool that has stood the test of time is better than anything new that may come along. I look forward to using it for many years - i am quite glad i stumbled upon Lee's Corn Cutter & Creamer while shopping here at Amazon!
