This ergonomic office chair is a game-changer! The support points (head, neck, back, lumbar, arms, and hips) provide excellent comfort, and I've noticed a big reduction in back pain. The adjustable headrest, height, and tilt make it easy to find the perfect sitting position. The high-quality PU leather is soft, breathable, and easy to clean. Plus, it looks great in my home office! Assembly was quick, and the chair feels sturdy and durable. Overall, a fantastic chair for the price!

The chair is really weak, and starts to lose support and stability quickly. I weigh only 150 lbs, and already the metal mechanism underneath the seat, that controls the rocking and tilting behavior has become extremely loose, and the chair falls backwards often. It squeeks, and sounds like it's about to break. This is more like a $40 chair, rather than a more than $150.How do i return such a stupid bulky thing? My roommate threw away the empty box already.Edit 2: This chair has proven itself to be quite dangerous! The chair repeatedly topples over backwards, dropping the occupant to the ground. It's happened to me twice, and once to a guest who was visiting and had the unfortunate idea of sitting in this char, and leaning back. It is quite scary to suddenly be falling backwards! The locking mechanism has complety failed at this point, and does not secure the chair from reclining at all anymore. Also, the default straigt back position does not exist for this chair. It is always sloping backwards at an angle, so get used to having a bad back if you work at a desk.
