The shipment came on time even though it came in two separate shipments. There was good communication regarding the dates of delivery and they were accurate. The pieces were well packed and the assembly went smoothly. I am very happy with the quality and the comfort of the chairs and sofa.

I first ordered the two swivel rockers and matching end table in June after completing a hardscape/landscape project. The chairs were so comfortable, I decided to order another set of 2 chairs, with footstools and end table. The first 2 chairs assembled well, but we had difficulty with the assembly of the last chair, the screw/nut was stripped and we were unable to assemble. I contacted LayinSun via the Amazon app. They replied within 24 hours. I told them I only needed the wicker portions, and they shipped a new chair, (and end table!) which I received via FedEx days later. Their customer service was impeccable.These chairs are the most comfortable swivel rockers ever. The wide seating (my small dog loves to sit next to me), wonderful soft cushions, and smooth rock, glide and swivel simply confirm that I made the best choice.I rarely write reviews of any kind, but this was such a great experience all around, it warranted my time to write this review.You will love this patio furniture, and the company stands behind their product.

It's a very attractive, seemingly sturdy (we just started using it), comfortable patio set. It arrived in 3 separate boxes (labeled BOX A, D and E - go figure) and it was EXPERTLY packaged to avoid shipping damage from China. There was zero damage, not even a nick, to any piece. Assembly took me about 6-8 straight hours of work for one man to assemble. The assembly instructions are slightly obscure but accurate if you really study the subtlety of the pictures. They included extra bolts so don't second guess you assembly when you're finished and have extra parts left over!

We are quite pleased with this set. It arrived in a bunch of large (including one huge) heavy boxes, and assembly is tedious and time-consuming. You will wonder how you got yourself into this project, but the final product is worth it (IMO). The directions are pretty Spartan, but on closer inspection are useful and accurate. The bolts and washers are nicely labeled. The bolts line up well with the bolt holes. The ratchet/wrench supplied works well (without it you would really be having a bad day). The plastic wicker is of high quality and well wrapped around all parts. The set is very attractive and looks like more expensive furniture. Be aware that the frames are steel and will certainly rust (probably quickly) if left outside in the rain or in very high humidity conditions. [I will be using this set in a screened in porch and am hoping for the best. Aluminum framed furniture is quite a lot more expensive.] The furniture is sturdy. The cushions are a little on the thin side but comfortable. The chairs glide and swivel nicely. That is not to say that this furniture is on a par with the high end products available at exclusive furniture stores, but I'm very satisfied with the quality and appearance of this patio set. This is a great product for the price.

Great product for the money. The seat cushion are firm, back cushions are soft and comfortable. Assembly time is less then three hours. This product will easily handle 250lbs. The color matches the picture. It’s more of a denimcolor. Swivel seems good quality and great stability. I would purchase this product again

I needed a new patio set for a family event and I found this one that filled my needs and then some. I was looking for a set with rocking, rotating chairs and this set had four! It also included a 3 person sofa, two side tables, two ottomans with cushiions and a fire-pit table for a very reasonable price. The cushions are great quality and very comfortable. They dry quickly on the outside and the fabric repels water, but you need to put them on their sides to drain the water from the inside or you will be unpleasantly surprised when you sit down. I tend to leave the cushions out, mostly because if I took them inside for rain they would have been in all summer!In the pictures I mixed two different sets. The fire-pit table (that you can barely see) is with my older furniture because I didn’t want it so close to the house, while the new set is on the deck with the ottomans being used as a table of sorts. I would have gotten closer for the far away set but honestly it was really cold outside and I didn’t wear a jacket.They look really nice and after this summer, I am confident that they will last for a decent amount of time.``I can’t speak to how easy they were to assemble because I didn’t do it myself, but it didn’t take 3 or 4 people much more than an hour.
