Your cart is empty.Mixed Neocaridina Shrimp are popular among the shrimp hobby and are great for beginners! 10 shrimps per gallon is usually the recommended rule. Neocaridina Shrimp are hardy, non-aggressive and spend most of their time eating algae and biofilm off plants, glass, and substrate, making them an awesome clean up crew for your tank. Simply dechlorinate clean tap water or RO water, cycle your tank with some plants and your new shrimp colony has the opportunity to thrive. Please do keep in mind to avoid using tap water that is heavy in metals or chemicals that are not healthy for your shrimp. Please make sure that all foods or aquarium fertilizers are shrimp-safe when dosing your tanks. Proper Tank Parameters for a successful Neocaridina colony: Temperature: 65-80F pH 6.5-8 TDS 170-250 ppm GH 5.5-8 Quality Shrimp Breeding: We will provide you with a healthy ratio of females to male shrimp so you can have your own colony that can take off! Try to keep different colors of neocaridina separate to maintain offspring color and purity. Inbreeding different species types can result in a duller “brown” colored offspring. Each of our shrimp are high grade shrimps with genetic lineages tracing from award winning breeders in Taiwan. Shrimp Food: There are many shrimp foods out on the market. They do well with dry foods such as fish flakes(without metals) or fresh vegetables such as boiled spinach. Please boil any fresh vegetables and let air-cool before placing in tank for sterilization purposes. Decorate your tank: Neocaridina shrimp LOVE grazing on different types of plants such as java moss, taiwan moss, fissidens, bucephalandra, java fern. Baby shrimps also like grazing on floating plants such as dwarf water lettuce, Salvinia minima, and Frogbit.

Very fast shipping. They were very nicely packaged as well.These little guys are beautiful. They give you an extra one so when they arrived and one was deceased it was no big deal. I still had 20.I love them so much I set up another tank and ordered more. I can’t wait for them to arrive.

Came in a tiny cardboard box, cushioned with paper. Very surprised that some on them were still alive. Put them in the tank to accurate to temperature, opened the bag and put them in and all disappeared in less than 30 sec. never to be seen again, and my fish never saw them. I don’t know how to find them cause the had no color. Won’t be buying from them again.

The shrimp came in a priority mail box through USPS with them double bagged, in bubble wrap, and with a cool pack (bought these in summer). The shrimp also had a piece of mesh to hold onto for the trip to me. They came about a week faster than expected. I ordered them on August 10th, they arrived on August 14th and Amazon had expected them to arrive on the 22nd. I received a variety of colors and sizes. From the photo I took, I think I counted 23 shrimp total. Very happy with these! I absolutely will buy these again when/if I need more.(I removed them from the bag and put in a container for picture and drip acclimation, they did not arrive in that container. The black piece also did not come with them, I put that in there to weigh down the mesh while they acclimate. Mesh did come with shrimp.)

This is my second purchase and all my shrimp and healthy and alive from transport. These is a LIVE ANIMAL sticker on the package allowing for my apartment front desk to notify me asap for pickup.A variety of colors and all look healthy and have mixed into my tank well.

All shrimp arrived healthy and alive. A variety of colors were sent, which is nice. However, only 16 shrimp were sent which is less than advertised. It was okay for our tank but others looking for the full value may want to shop elsewhere.

I recently purchased the Las Vegas Exotic Fish™ 20 Mixed Color Neocaridina Shrimp Live Freshwater Shrimp Aquarium Inverts, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase.Firstly, the description promised 20 shrimp, but I only received 11. This is a significant discrepancy and feels like a blatant misrepresentation. Additionally, the variety of shrimp was not as advertised. I did not receive any yellow, black, or tiger shrimp, which were specifically mentioned in the product description. Instead, all the shrimp I received were tiny and lacked the promised diversity.While I appreciate that the shrimp arrived alive, the overall quality and accuracy of the order were far below expectations. I was looking forward to adding a vibrant mix of shrimp to my aquarium, but this purchase has left me feeling very let down.I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and accurate order. The misleading description and poor quality control have made this a very disappointing experience.

Ordered 20 one came dead and was quilt replaced. One came with sack of a babies and a few babies where already in the water

My students love watching the shrimp in our class aquarium. Remember though, if you have fish, they will eat the littlest shrimp. We ended up with 3 that have survived for over a month.
