It looks like Candy Girl roller derby skates turned into Lake Placid ice skates. How did they even managed to combine two brands into one product Candy Girl and Lake Placid, I mean this is great way to recycle merchandise from season to season, but as ice skates not very practical. Also they are not comfortable , very rigid or not well padded for 6 yrs old to ride on ice rink .

I didn’t want to spend lots of money for a 5 yr old to have professional skates for her lessons. These skates fit perfect and grow with the child. If she continues to higher levels I will invest in better skates but for now this was these are the perfect skates.
