These lacrosse balls are perfect for self-massage and trigger point therapy! I use them to release tight muscles in my back, shoulders and feet, and they work amazingly well. The firmness is just right, enough to dig into sore spots without being too uncomfortable. They're also super durable and don't lose their shape over time. Highly reccomend!

These lacrosse balls are perfect for trigger point massage. I had been using a tennis ball, but the more solid the ball, the better the pressure on the muscle that is in pain. These are really nice.

I got these to massage my shoulders which hurt. They are dense, with a little bit of squish and appear to be good quality. The rubber texture allows them to grip the wall nicely and roll as I move it around on my back. My only issues/complaint is that they are expensive compared to other Lacrosse balls available.

Just what I have been needing! I had a rib out and needed something to help me with getting it set right. I didn't have these yet so I used a marble ball that was on my desk (it's twice the size that I needed) and it hurt like crazy, I finally was able to get it back, but it wasn't easy. I had the issue again the other day and used this ball, and it went back quickly unfortunately not painlessly, but it really targeted the right spot and helped me out.

I tend to hold all of my stress and tension in my neck and upper back, I ordered these so I can roll them against my back adn the wall and add pressure as needed to release some of the tension or knots in my back/ neck. These work really well, they're super hard and provide a TON of pressure, if you've never done this before, I would recommend not pushing too hard or they will end up bruising and hurting you. These work for exactly what I ordered them for and at a good price!

I have to admit right up front that I don’t really play lacrosse. I was actually looking for a set of juggling balls and have heard that lacrosse balls work very well for that, so I gave these a try! I am very impressed with the size, weight, color, and excellent quality of these lacrosse balls. They are smooth and firm and have a great bounce on a hard tile floor!It turns out that it’s true - these lacrosse balls are amazing for juggling! They easily fit in my hands, and are the perfect size and weight for juggling. And if they fall, they just bounce and land softly. Since only 2 come in a package, I had to get multiple packages. They are very well-made and durable, so I imagine they will hold up well for a long time. If anyone else is looking for juggling balls, or just for very good quality lacrosse balls, I would highly recommend these!

These work like every other lacrosse ball. I use mine for massage therapy, mainly relieving hip/lower back pain and hitting parts of my deltoids that I can't manually massage with my hands. It's really useful in helping prevent injuries and aiding in recovery.They're also good if you need a durable ball if you have a dog that is an aggressive chewer, and of course if you're using these to play lacrosse considering they're official size.That said what I really can't get past is how expensive they are. They're currently listed at $13.99 for a two pack. There's plenty of other options on Amazon, with some for literally half the price for a two pack. As a standalone product I'd give this a five star review, but simply put due to how much more expensive of an option this is I am taking a full two stars off.I'd give this a 3.5 out of 5, but am rounding down. I'd suggest exploring your options due to price, but when it comes to functionality this product works well.
