Some reviewers stated the house they received didn't look like what was advertised. Mine looks exactly like what I ordered. Very happy. There were two flaws I've found so far - part of the white icing trim in from is lose, but should be easy to glue back on, and the lights weren't working properly and I fixed it by tapping on the battery compartment. I'm very excited to put this with my gingerbread houses in my peppermint & gingerbread kitchen.

I purchased this piece to add to my collection of gingerbread houses to emphasize the true meaning of Christmas. It was the most expensive piece but that’s because it’s a Kurt Adler. It is absolutely beautiful and detailed just as I hoped . It helped that I got it when it was on sale for less than every other online retailer. It’s definitely one of those decorations that you will cherish forever as you prepare for the most magical holidays of the year!!

Cheaply made. Star and characters are extremely very flexible. Multiple parts were broken, star looks nothing like advertised very disappointed. Box was not damaged. Feels almost as clay not finished baking
