Just installed yesterday so it is hard to say how durable it is. It is BEAUTIFUL and large. It fits my cast iron pans easily. I also purchased the racks that fit in the bottom to prevent scratches. Even with the racks in the basins are quite large.

My granite countertop supplier had to cut the sink because cutting the granite for the two semi- circular features left the granite between the sink and the wall would be too narrow to install. My countertops are standard.Unless you are installing in an island I would not buy this sink. Because of the cutting required, my sprayer is 3 in. from the faucelHad I known, obviously I would have purchased traditional square double sink. Had any been quickly available locally, I would have purchased it, then I would have the problem of returning this sink.Be sure to check with you counter people and find out their max width for a sink before purchase.

So I bought this Kohler sink for our kitchen remodel. Last night(Tuesday) the granite guy came to make a template to cut the granite which is supposed to be ready on Saturday. Since the sink is new; he asked us if we have the template for the sink/faucet cut-outs and of course we did. Took it right out of the box... still in the plastic bag. And guess what? It's the wrong template. It's the template for a Brookfield 5846 instead of the Hartland K-5818-5U-0 that we purchased. We are scratching our heads... thinking; how could this happen? Thank God our granite contractor noticed this before they cut $4000.00 worth of granite! A company like Kohler....?? So this morning I call Kohler. After passing me to the "literature" dept. The lady I speak to tells me that (even though I received the wrong template); that in order for me to receive the correct template in time to have my sink installation happen when it is scheduled I will have to pay for expedited shipping; $28 for 2 day or $58 for overnight! Of course I objected. Then she tells me that Kohler sinks no longer come with the cut-out templates; that you have to buy them. I have to ask then; Why did my sink come with the "wrong" template? I am a bit outraged that you would need to buy a cut-out template for a sink this expensive and a "Kohler" sink at that. What has happened to this company? The sink is beautiful. For the sink I would give a 5.... but for the customer service and policy changes; I would give a 1; so I give them a 3. They need to seriously rethink their new customer service policies.

Beautiful sink, deeper than I was expecting, but did not come with the round drains for each side...just a reminder to order them too. I love it and recommend it for anyone who doesn't want the stainless steel sinks.

Probably the best porcelain cast iron sink. Reviewed several comments of other under lining sinks and made this selection. Don't regret my choice as it is deep like others commented, really is a good looking sink when installed with a quartz counter top. Delivery was quick, without incidents and carefully packaged.

Very nice sink!! I just keep staring at it instead of washing the dishes :)Update:After a couple months i noticed a small crack line that turned light brown. Now it has 2 crack lines and they have branches of more crack lines. What is the warranty on this sink? It shouldn't crack like that for such an expensive sink.

Absolutely beautiful sink - never paid $700+ for a sink before but we wanted the five holes along the top and the color was a match to our kitchen counter top tile.Amazon.com worked closely with the shipper (CETA I think it was) - they coordinated the delivery date; we did not have to lift a finger, literally. The local delivery transport was beyond helpful, brought it right inside for us. The sink is quite heavy - it is not one of those cheapies, lightweight ones. We are not fans of stainless steel - this one is a knock out!
