5’8” 170lbs, most of my weight is in the hips/legs. I guess I have a shorter torso and longer legs. I ordered medium and it fit perfect except it fell at an awkward length on my calves. To me the picture looks like it’s right at her ankles but it did not. It was about 3 inches above. I returned it but still gave it four stars because otherwise it was quality material and fit well. Felt like the length was a personal preference

When I first got this dress I thought it was pretty much perfect, because I thought it had a lining in the skirt. The fit is great, it’s comfortable, flattering and breathable. The color is a beautiful, vibrant blue that hasn’t faded with washes. This is going to be a wonderful summer dress. However, I will definitely need to wear bike shorts or something underneath it just in case, since it doesn’t have a lining. And I noticed the one time I wore it with capri-length leggings, it clung to them quite a bit, so I’ll have to figure out some kind of anti-static solution.

At the time of this review it's listed at $40 and I would say it's worth it.The color is vibrant, but the best part is how flattering it is on my body! I'm around a size 14 and larger in my stomach area but you absolutely can't tell it in this dress (I ordered a Large).It's so incredibly comfortable, fits well, and is great quality. Not clingy at all, and pretty wrinkle resistant. I brought it on a vacation where I flew with only a personal item - meaning all my clothes were folded, rolled, and made as tiny as possible - and I was able to unpack this and wear it without needing to steam it or anything. I mean, yeah, maybe it would have looked more crisp if I'd been able to steam it but it was perfectly fine doing nothing to it.Again, I highly recommend this dress.

I ordered this dress in Pink, size Large. I usually wear a size Medium (8/10) but because this dress was smocked, I sized up as I don't like the form-fitting of smocking when I order my true size. Size Large is perfect for me--the top is just barely loose but still loose enough to not be form-fitting, the underarms are not too low, and the neckline/shoulders are not spaced too far apart. So the sizing was a, "Wow, it really fits nicely!" Next impression was the material. The description said, 100% Polyester so I was expecting a stretchy kind of maxi dress polyester, but not so. It is more of what I would think of blouse material, not stretchy but it does have a little give to the material that keeps it from being stiff/binding. It is also lightweight enough to be very elegant, feminine, and flowy. This material makes the dress more than I hoped for! Then the style is so feminine--neckline ruffle, smocked bodice, ruffle sleeves, and the ruffle on the bottom tier of the dress. I am 5'7" and it is a great length, a little longer than mid calf on me. In the pink, the skirt is lined; the lining is almost as long as the skirt. This is going to be my favorite dress this spring and summer! 5+ Stars!

Ordered this dress for a vacation event. When it came, I was surprised at the weight of the fabric and how well it fit for the affordable price. The construction is well done. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it in another color.

The material was very thin (not see through). It was also kind of rough. I usually wear a large and this seemed a little tight on me. If you have less flattering areas, like the stomach, this does not hide it (if anything it makes it worse). I also expected it to be longer, but maybe it's just because I'm taller (5' 9"). This is not something I will wear.

I’ve been on the hunt for a bridal shower dress and stumbled upon this one, it looked so cute online! It arrived quickly and looked nice out of the package... until I tried it on. I ordered an XL but should’ve gone with a Large. The fit was off, it made me look boxy and shapeless, almost like a fridge. On top of that, the material is see through. I could literally see my skin and even my butt through it, which was disappointing. I’m not sure I’ll end up wearing this dress. I might just give it to my cousin because, unfortunately, it’s just not for me. It’s a cute dress in theory, but the fit and lack of coverage make it a no for me.
