I wasn't sure about the material initially. But it fit my baby well. She received lots of compliments ! We didnt have to adjust anything but the option is there if needed.

I bought this for my 9 year old and it was too small even for my very skinny 5 year old. Disappointing.

The pettiskirt is as adorable as the picture and perfect, it is True to color. *I love that it is adjustable* (adjustable straps in waistband) and well made. My granddaughter is 4.5 mos & it fits perfect.

Love this and fit perfect on my 2 month old! There are the elastic pulls that can make the waist smaller or larger.
