This seat feels very well built. It spins freely the kids love it and it stays sturdy even with my full weight on it.

My kids love this chair. They both are autistic and have adhd. 1 craves proprioception and has been enjoying this chair. The other struggles with coordination and while she doesn't love spinning fast she does enjoy sitting and rocking on it or dragging her foot on the floor to keep it from going too fast. I love how they can control how fast they spin doing that. She goes pretty slow by dragging her foot, my son goes super fast by leaning in. The chair feels very sturdy, I was worried the plastic owl part of the chair would bend and break but even with me sitting on it (I'm under the 220lb max) it feels very sturdy. It dips in one section which is what helps with the coordination while spinning. It spins smoothly and looks cute.Putting it together was very straight forward but it did not come with instructions and as shown in my pictures one of the screw holes did not have the metal grain all the way so I has to really push the screw in while turning until it got to the metal grain. Everything else went really smoothly. They give you an extra scree in case you drop and lose 1. It comes with 2 different sized Allen wrenches for the 2 sizes of screws (the big one is for the big screw in the middle of the rod holding the base to the seat. )

This is amazing. I have two kids with adhd and sensory sensitivity. As soon as this was taken out of the box, they jumped on it taking turns. Even my 15 year old had fun giving it a whirl. It’s sturdy and spins easily. Highly recommend even if your child doesn’t have those issues.

My 8 year old actually put it together. Easy to assemble and hours of fun. Who would have thought something so simple would be so fun!
