I've always used off brand non major brand solder and been somewhat satisfied. However, I will never guy anything other from Kester from now on. The ease of use and quality of joints is effortless. Amazing difference in quality!

Kester is truly the king of solders. Couldn't be happier with this - works particularly well with heavy gauge wire and large connectors (4mm and larger).
