The product wasn't long enough for my laptop. The product also didn't fit. I am not sure if this is the manufacturer(s) fault or if it's the Business's fault, regardless the item I purchased was to thick to fit into the spot it was made to only fit into. I believe that the plastic molding that houses the wiring needs to be re-measured .. or whatever mold was used to create the housing for the wires needs to be more refined. By hand... with intricate whittling... Idk all I know I was/am very displeased with the overall product quality....

Worked perfectly on a Dell Inspiron 3593. No charger errors like others have mentioned with other models. Took longer to take the bottom cover off the laptop than it did to install the part.

Won't charge battery.used this for a dell 3501 plug that was loose and would cut in and out. This was easy to swap, but will not charge the battery and gives warning "the ac power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined. battery may not charge." the power adapter is the factory adapter - as is the battery.

This was a perfect fit for my computer. The charging port had the little black piece broke off and wouldn’t charge. My computer started right away and charged no problem. Install was easy. Just watched a YouTube video on how to do it.
