These Shocks went on my 03 acura mdx with ease. I would bet that any novice with a bit of mechanical understanding and the aptitude to "give it a go" would be able to accomplish the task with little to no headache. I Myself have been working on cars since I first owned a car, I was 15. These strut assemblies literally involve taking off 8 nuts and bolts and a bit of muscle or a buddy to help hold the new one in place while putting the top 3 bolts on. You will need a jack and tire iron as well, Other than that it's just taking off a few nuts and 2 big bolts and re-installing. Easy peasey. Took me a whopping hour and half to do both sides by myself. Now to the important facts. The ride.... oh man is it better. My previous strut/spring combo's were toast. These new ones ride so nice. There is no over extension riding over speed bumps, no extended travel coming off speed bumps either. Cornering is amazing and the price point was great as well. For just around 150 you get the same great ride as you would spending double that on some of the more well known, highly promotes brands. Overall these get the 5 stars for functionality, ride comfort and even road noise is better. Would I recommend these to my friends and family? Definitely. I would even help them install these bad boys... hope this helps folks.

Amazing product. They were easy to install. Fit perfectly in my 2004 Toyota Sequoia. I can definitely feel the improvement in how it rides and drives. I definitely recommend this product.
