I tried to return a product to KastarUSA because it is the wrong battery and they want you to pay for shipping and a 15% restock fee. So now I have a product that I cannot use and it will cost me just as much to send it back as it did to buy it.

This does not fit the Eton FRX3. Picture looks like the right connector but it won't fit.

This does not fit the model number claimed on the description. The first thing it says is that it fits the Eton FRX3. It doesn't. Amazon is not reimbursing me. The manufacturer is the one who is supposed to reimburse me. This means I have to cover the shipping cost. I'm not a happy camper.

Kaster shipped wrong product...instead of the ordered FRX3, 3.6 v with lead & plug...they shipped FRS315, 4.8v with no lead. OK...mistakes are sometimes made. However, to get a refund of the $8.47, I had to package and return the product at my cost...for their mistake. Shipping cost thru USPS was $5.60 and the inconvenience. Assuming I receive the refund, I'm out the $5.60!Not happy, they should at the least reimburse the shipping or ship me the correct battery which I still need.It would be nice to receive e-mail from either Kastar or Amazon addressing this problem.

There are several batteries that are similar but the plugs are all slightly different and this one, although advertised to fit, did not. So, I can crank the radio, use regular batteries or plug in when we have power.i was unable to give this no stars, hence one star
