This thing is awesome, it's beautifully made and the detail is amazing. I got this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it, it's a real sword and is super sharp.

The sword is very sturdy and well made overall, some complaints i do have is about the Habaki (Metal piece above the guard) came a little loose after a few hours of use. The blade itself comes extremely sharp but will dull due to sheathing it because of the cheapness of the saya (sheath) It is not waxed or coated in animal pelt. Which you should not expect from a cheaper sword but that's really the only downside besides the blade, the shiny purple paint of the blade comes off easily but the design remains. I personally like the faded purple/grey blade more than it was when brand new. The handle is wrapped well and the spacer is solid. although its on the cheaper side the balance of the sword is surprisingly good, the sword feels almost weightless when striking . The handle may feel alienating to you hand but the size is perfect for me (I have average sized hands). Overall the sword is a great buy for people who are looking to have an affordable sword

The sword looks great, and feels nice. It is not balanced at all, so it is top heavy. Not useful in combat, but sure looks nice on the wall. I never intended to use it, just needed it to fill out my collection. It filled the empty space just fine.
