This rolling stool rolls smoothly on vinyl floors with no weight on it. With my weight (240lb) on it, it doesn’t roll as smoothly. I just need to give it a bit of a push. The low height is perfect for my use. I use it to paint the baseboard molding around the house. Instead of squatting or sitting on a non-rolling stool, which I have to get up and move it as I paint along, I can just sit on this stool and roll along. I can get the job done faster and less fatigue. The cushion is thick and comfortable to sit on for a long time. The only thing I don’t like is the color. Why don’t they just make the wheels all black. It is the ugliest stool I have but it stands out.

This went together really easily. I just snapped in the wheels and off. I did have an overpowering chemical odor but I left it on my back porch for a day or two, and now no smell.I rolls very easily across a non carpeted floor. I haven't tried it on carpet yet. I knew it was low height, but I still find it difficult to sit so low.
