The Fortis is extremely robust and well built. It is equipped with all essential components to ensure repeatable roast control without any fluff that adds cost and weight. At 44lbs, it can easily be deployed without requiring a dedicated station. It roasts more easily and with far better results than my two previous roasters. I never thought that a roaster would make such a big difference in roasting results.
