Just bought this for my 8 year old for her birthday. She is well established in e bikes from a young age. This bike is pretty awesome! So far so good. Might change the chainring to a smaller size to allow hill starts easier. The engine has power but she still struggles uphill because of gearing and bike weight even on highest power. Battery doesn't last as long as I thought it would. But can ride easily for 6-7 miles. The biggest downside to this bike is its weight. The frame is made of steel and it easily weighs more than my adult full size e bike. Makes it difficult for a small rider to maneuver around in tight situations as well as braking downhill. Overall it's a great bike and my daughter really likes it.

The bike came sooner than expected. Put it together and the back tire is blown out defective. Have tried several times to get some help to return or get a new tire with no response on what I'm supposed to do... I am not happy and starting to get irritated... I even bought the extra insurance... someone please help me
