This hamburger press is a great tool for flattening tostones. That’s what I bought it for. Tostones are twice fried plantain pieces. The press is flat without ridges. Easy to clean. The material is a strong hard plastic. There are three parts to it making it great for removing the flattened tostones into the oil for frying. I like it so much, I bought three of them to gift to my family who also make tostones. Super easy to use and it’s small enough to not take a lot of space in my cabinets.

Easy to use. Makes the patties even, so they cook better. I make both beef and turkey burgers. Turkey patties are always so soft and difficult to deal with. This makes the task easier. Note - use wax paper top and bottom, so helpful.

I like that you don’t have put any paper in the bottom. The little lifter works just fine. If it starts to stick, just add a little oil before putting the meat, or any other ingredient, into the disk.

I love this burger maker. I make up Turkey burgers ahead of time for my lunches. I then grill and reheat when for my lunch.. It makes a perfect 6oz patty. What is so great about this burger maker is the inner lift that makes the burger easy to remove and grill. Very easy to clean and store.

This burger press is very solid and will make 1/4 burgers. The lifting handle makes it so easy to remove with no hassle. Clean up is a breeze. Love it

It's efficient and easy to use. It makes well formed patties. The only suggestion I have is to coat it with oil so thw patties don't stick.
