It doesn't work as well as it says it suppose to do. Im in the hospital now for a five days from lower back surgery and I cant get it to hold the tissue in the unit. It doesn't clamp down and hold it as it says it can. Fall right out on the floor as soon as it is wiped. Im using it to push things on my small cart along side my bed.

The product isn't the quality I expected. It is made well, however it is difficult to use and is almost more trouble than a help. My mother complains about it often.

When you are obese it is difficult to clean yourself. I use these for that. Works very well for me. I just wrap the tissue around the end of the wand cuz the other end doesnt work like they want it to. You can also use a wet wipey to clean yourself after the tissue. I bought two this time so I can use it to put lotion on my legs and feet.

Talking from experience, this is a good design that could be great. I just broke my 3rd one so I feel inclined to share some insight. When it works, it works great. The problem is that over time, it develops stress fractures and then it quickly breaks - always where the rubber covered handle begins and/or the plunger section in the tip of the handle.Jobar International, the 2 areas that can be improved are:1. Lose the plunger - It DOESN'T work. It just makes the handle weaker.2. With the plunger gone and the flat piece of metal out of the handle, you can now reinforce the handle to make it much, much more stronger. (if you made the handle solid, it would be awesome and well worth the additional cost, IMHO).It works very well without using the plunger. All you need to do is use 3 sheets/panes of 2 ply toilet paper. Fold them in half - total length = 1 1/2 sheets. Place the 2 ends about 1" past the opening in the head and then tuck the ends into the rubber covered slot. You will notice that you will have 2 "ears/tabs" sticking up - one above the slot and one below. Wrap the rest of the toilet paper snugly around the "face" of the head, and tuck the folded end into the slot as well. This will give you 4 ply of tissue across the head and "ears/tabs" to remove it when finished. When finished using, simply grab one of the sanitary "ears" and pull that end of the toilet paper out of the rubber covered slot. Unwind it off the head and dispose of it. It is quick, sanitary, and non frustrating.Hope this helps.

I bought these as a follow-up to a previous purchase, which I have been very happy with. I just wanted to make sure I had them on hand, should my other break and the price was so great I went ahead and purchased them. I am even happier with these new ones. The release button works better, no need to wiggle or lightly pop it to get it to release. It works every time just as it should. I put one in the shower, to use with a wash cloth and it works fine for that too. I highly recommend these to anyone who has issues getting those hard-to-reach places, for whatever reason. They are easy to use, easy to clean, soft to handle, do the job, and are so inexpensive. Thanks to manufacturer for this helping hand.

Works as described, although sometimes units can be substandard and they break along the seams. The plunger covering on the end usually detach fairly quickly. I have found that more glue might help this. Not other tool is on the the market that works as this one does. Even the ones made in the USA.

I have been suffering from severe lower back pain for some time. I believe it has been exacerbated by the constant twisting and reaching to cleanse myself after using the restroom. I finally did some research and found this product and I am so glad that I purchased it. It has been a godsend! Very simple to use and no more twisting and reaching so my low back can heal.I highly recommend this product to anyone with low back pain.

I had surgery for what the docter called a massive tear in the rotator cuff of my right arm. I am in a sling for at least 6 weeks. I heard about the wipe from a friend. It has now been four weeks and I am so grateful for having it. It has truly been the best thing I could have done to make it through this. I use wet wipes and it works great. You just have to find the position that works best for you. You never have to touch the dirty wipe as the "button" on top releases it right into the trash or toilet. A great product! I have recommended it to several people and even told my doctor about it.
