This is a 2 yard feather boa. The color is a vibrant red. It arrived in a very tiny box and I have been picking up bits of feather fluff ever since. Despite this the boa is still quite fluffy, hopefully it will stop shedding soon.

This boa came in a very small package and when I originally unwrapped it (first picture), it looked a little sparse and ragged. However, there was only one loose feather which was a good thing. After it sat out over night it fluffed up quite a bit. Now the appearance has much improved (second picture). The feathers are glued to 1/4 inch cording, so if any more fall off, they should be easy to reattach. I plan to use this costume piece in an up-coming senior theatre production.

Purchased for my daughter’s 50th masquerade weekend. I was to portray a very rich and sexy woman. The boa was thick and nice and long, it was beautiful! I felt very sexy. Would buy again, happy with the price, weight and appearance.
