It works. But I can't get it to pop up. I had it for a few months and even on day 1 it had me looking like a joke trying to show off!!!! It took a few pushes to pop up. Now after some time it's not even coming up anymore. The pic doesn't even look like the product.

I am a IT Support Engineer, and do desk installs all day long.I installed this for one of my clients, and they have only said good things. Convinent, goes up and down very smoothly, and charges their device FAST!!This is the ONLY powered desk grommet that I would install-- coming from an IT Engineer who is PICKY with the quality of their work.

These are really nice. I put them in a shelf behind the couch. They're the perfect size. I do wish they had USB ports, but I know that when I purchased them. I like that they're not as large as others out there. The hole is 3.15". But I only had a 3" drill and sanded it out to make the hole larger. It was a little bit of work, but came out well.The only side note I will make is that the screw "nut" to hold it in place is much wider. I put the hole in a half inch from the edge and the flange hangs over a smidge. It's ok for me, but if you're needing accuracy, take that into account.

I put holes in a new granite countertop & through the side wall of a custom mahogany base cabinet to install this popup power cord. I’m questioning the longevity of this particular example of this product type. In 6 months of use it doesn’t impress me as durable or long lasting.

We added these to multiple conference tables in my office. It is great that they store into the table when not needed. The wireless charging of electronics is a very nice bonus.
