nothing to dislike at all, aint no cons from me just pro's. great product, took me 10 mins to install, (not my first rodeo) it fitted/bolted right up to my 2024 hawk X 250 this exhaust wakes these chonda motors right up. the torque pulled my rearend right off the seat, i dont understand some of the poor reviews on these exhausts being installed on these hawks, easy peasy for me..........

Pieces were so poorly machined some literally would not fit together. No hard-ware or instructions. Attempted to flip bracket and the nuts came loose inside the can. Riveted in so no access to them without drilling. Cheap garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I will update this if the manufacturer gets back to me and we figure something out. Exhaust leaks at welds, flange doesn't sit flush on the engine so exhaust leaks there as well. Welds are so bad I'm getting leaks out of them. I've contacted customer service but so far no response. The exhaust also sits on top of my clutch cable which is not ideal at all. Flange inside engine is too long so I can't get it to sit flush. See pictures, used 3 washers and still nothing.

I put this on my son's DRZ125. The header bolts right on but it doesn't point in the right direction. I had to cut the header and re-weld with stainless wire to rotate the bends to make it fit. It is also too large of a pipe and moves too much air. I had to make a baffle to create some back pressure. It sounds great and with a new larger carb it runs like a new bike.

Good quality piece. Started with factory exhaust, baffle removed, carb already jetted at 48 and 122. Added new exhaust, had to cut 3/8” off tube to fit muffler so bracket would bolt up under seat, other than that install was a breeze. New exhaust provided more power than I would’ve believed had you told me, didn’t even install new 12t front sprocket as it wasn’t needed. Most of riding consists of woods and tight trails, hardly ever out of 4th gear. Jetting highly recommended with this install. The ole girl still got plenty of ass.

La calidad general es buena. No se recomienda para uso en carretera y hace mucho ruido, demasiado para mí. No hay conexión entre el silenciador y la tubería, lo que normalmente se hace con resortes, lo que significa que la instalación no es excelente. Necesitaba un soporte personalizado y además el tubo intermedio no se alinea bien con el punto de montaje. Intenté instalar un DB-killer y fue difícil porque el silenciador es redondeado por dentro y no tiene una superficie plana para montarlo. Probablemente cambiaré el silenciador y soldaré algunas orejetas para montarlo correctamente; también compraré uno con deflector. No recomendaría esto para uso en carretera o el DM250 porque la instalación necesita mucho trabajo y es demasiado ruidoso.

This exhaust was installed on a 2005 CRF230FThe mount was off by 1 1/2”It was necessary to cut off mount and weld into proper position to fit.
