Q1: Why does a screen recording permission request appear when I install the driver on a macOS system?
A1: To ensure the USB Display driver to function correctly on macOS systems, users are required to permit 'Screen Recording' for the USB Display driver. This authorization enables the USB Display to access the necessary pixels for rendering mirrored/extended screens and transmitting them via the USB port. It does not send any data or pixels back to us.

Works great with a 2019 Dell PC which runs the presentation software for my church. The setup requires 3 output monitors (PC, main stage, and confidence monitor for band). This drives the stage and confidence monitor... Both large TVs running in 1080p resolution. Had absolutely no problems or glitches in 2 months.

It does not work for mac for two screens. That’s an issue of the mac and not the device.

The size is just adequate for my laptop, and travel with it. It works perfectly with a tv and my second monitor, the image is clear and fluid. The quality of the material is great. The connection was extremely easy, not need for aditional software.

Me volví loco intentando buscar la manera de tener más de dos pantallas para trabajar ya que edito videos y es mucho más fácil con más de una pantalla.Además, es muy sencillo de usar, se enchufa como un USB normal y del otro lado conectar el HDM y listo ya tienes otra pantalla másSencillo, barato y fácil, ¿para qué más?

To drive two monitors from laptop, one needs to download software from vendor website. It’s not even in the manual. But after installing the software , it works.

WHAT YOUVE BEEN LOOKING FORI tried a couple adapters and hdmi to usb c cables for a dock that didnt work. This one worked instantly. Plugged it in and after 30 seconds of auto installing it extended my display on 2 additional monitors. My chromebook only has 1 hdmi port and a usb c port that is not thunderbolt. After a few refunds from amazon i came across this one and it’s literally plug and play! ALSO that usb C dock that didnt work, now works with this adapter. This thing is crazy good
